PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING
We recommend to order at least 2 WEEKS in advance to guarantee timely delivery.
The average Processing & Production time is 2-5 business days. For busy days could time up to 7 business days*
The average Shipping & Delivery time:
- For Standard Mail: 3-5 business days*
- For Priority Mail: 2-3 business days*

CANCELLATION
We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible.
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund ONLY if:
- It hasn't yet entered the print production stage.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns for items that were sent with the incorrect image. Please contact us right away. A free shipping label will be provided. Returns accepted for 14 days. We will issue the correct image asap.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalized (Made to Order Items), as each one is uniquely created just for you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Kindly examine your order upon arrival and reach out to us without delay if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. This will allow us to assess the situation and rectify any issues promptly. We will be happy to assist you.
